Tour anecdotes from Moscow to Siberia

The land of superlatives.

The world's largest manufacturer of dental products and technology, Dentsply Soria, is touring the largest country in the world. That sounds like a challenge right up our street.

It was to be a training room with a hands-on area for training directly on the products. Everything was built into a specially developed semi-trailer with room extension for sufficient space. The particularly sensitive small dental devices have to withstand the extreme Russian conditions in year-round use.

Our vehicle developments live from our experience directly from the practice. More than 15 years ago, we drove our first projects through the whole of Russia ourselves. So the project team from back then sat together again and dedicated itself to the new tasks. A showroom of superlatives was created. Many anecdotes of the past years came to the table. Russia is always good for an adventure. Wild climates and road conditions often challenged our drivers and tour managers.

One example. When we saw off the Olympic flame carrier vehicle in Moscow for its tour of the whole of Russia, the roads on which the vehicle was to travel in just a few weeks had not even been completed at the other end of the huge country.

Project launches and tour successes were always duly celebrated, especially in Russia. One of our numerous projects was also accompanied by a renowned German agency. The head of the agency himself did not miss the opportunity to be there in person at the kick-off. The party in the evening and the many culinary "surprises" he has certainly not digested until today. But he must have been awake again the next day at the latest, when, due to an absolute standstill in Moscow, he trudged through thick snow to the metro in his thin patent leather shoes in order to catch his plane. In this sense we are looking forward to the next challenges - Sa Sdorówje!
